What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and interpret raw footage, identifying key moments and crafting compelling story arcs.

• Develop creative concepts and direction for video projects, aligning with client briefs and brand objectives.

• Collaborate closely with editors and other creatives to ensure a seamless storytelling experience.

• Select and curate footage that supports the narrative message and emotional impact.

• Provide insightful feedback and guidance to refine the story throughout the editing process.

• Maintain an awareness of current trends and best practices in storytelling and video production.

• Maintain high standards for quality and consistency throughout the process, delivering polished and error-free final products.

Who You Are:

• 1+ years of experience as a Story Producer, Narrative Editor, Scriptwriter, Copywriter, or a similar role.

• A proven track record of crafting engaging stories across diverse video formats and styles.

• Strong understanding of storytelling principles, including narrative structure, pacing, and emotional impact.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and build trust with team members.

• Proficiency in English, particularly for comprehending footage content.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Passionate about visual storytelling and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Proficiency in basic editing software is a plus.
